Total Cost:$275. This price includes transportation, all camp activities, meals, area shirt, and lodging. Spots are limited to 275 students and leaders from Cabarrus County so sign up soon!

Also Note - you can pay the full amount at the time of registration or you can pay a deposit of $50, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card on November 2, 2026.
Deposits will no longer be refundable past October 30th.What to Bring:Remember to pack play clothes, bathing suit, comfortable shoes, warm clothes, rain coat, winter coat, and toiletries. LINENS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED - REMEMBER TO BRING your own sheets, pillow, sleeping bag, blanket, towels, etc! Lastly, remember to bring money for the camp store and snack bar. We will have a bagged lunch at camp before heading home Sunday.Travel Details:We will meet to leave on the evening of Friday, November 13 at 5:30PM in the front parking lot of the West Cabarrus High School! Please eat dinner before you come. And we will return to the same location on Sunday, November 15 around 4:00PM. We will be traveling in five chartered buses.
Late Departure:We will be offering a Late Departure option for students who need to come up to camp late on Friday night due to a school event (departing GOING, GOING, GONE! parking lot around 10PMish on November 13th). This option is ONLY for students who are required to attend a school obligation, for example: football players, basketball players, cheerleaders, band, etc. This option is not available for work obligations. If you need to register for this option, please denote below and give reason. We will email you specific details as we get closer.A Word to Parents:A Young Life Fall Weekend for local high school students is coming up! If your son or daughter wants to participate, you may be wondering, “What’s the purpose? Who’s behind it? Will it be supervised?” and so on.
Young Life is a non-denominational Christian outreach mission to high school students in our area. We offer trips twice a year: Fall Weekend and Summer Camp. We believe these trips are a great opportunity for students to "get away" from the busyness of everyday: sports, school work, part time jobs and, for just one weekend, unplug from TV, internet, and even cell phones! At Winter Weekend, kids will have the chance to engage in meaningful activities and conversations about life and faith with their leaders. The whole weekend will be supervised and well-planned.
